Adding Referral Sources

The Marketing - Referral Sources feature allows you to set up or edit Referral sources. The entries you set up appear in the workfile Contacts tab Primary Referral and Secondary Referral droplists under the Marketing Information pane.

To add referral sources

1. Select Configure > Profiles from the menu bar.
2. Select your repair facility profile, and then select Edit from the mini-toolbar.
3. Click on the Marketing - Referral Sources link under Repair Management.
4. Select an entry, and then select Edit from the toolbar. The Marketing - Referral Sources screen opens.
5. Edit the information in the screen, and then click OK.
6. Click Save and Close from the toolbar.

Note: The record description cannot be edited once it has been saved. Records can be activated or deactivated.
